YoU OnLy TuRn 21 OnCe!

So I am probably the worst blogger ever and never make time to blog about ANYTHING!! So MUCH has happened lately and I wish I could blog more. This last weekend was my birthday and I just wanted to thank all my family and friends for what a great birthday they made it! My friends took me to dinner to Red Lobster on Friday night. If was FABULOUS!! And not to mention I was with the best girls in the entire world!

Because it’s the lucky number 21, we had to ge a drink (Non- Alcoholic of course) and it was more than wonderful! :)

Thanks for a GREAT and FUN night Ladies!

As for on my birthday, Shayna and Saydee came over and surprised me with wonderful giftt!

They filled a box with the best you could ever ask for: A homemade birthday card, chocolate, Valentine's Day Candy, and the best part... a friendship bracelet to match their friendship bracelets!
We now all have matching, but different colored zebra print friendship bracelets! I love it! Not to mention I LOVE these girls! Thanks Shayna and Saydee!
Later in the evening Kai took me to Cheescake Factory and it as well was wonderful! Needless to say, my weekend was full of birthday calories!!

Sunday we had all the family come over for my mom's AMAZING chocolate cake and of course my favorite CHEESECAKE!! Thanks for making a DELICOUS cake mom!!

Trying to think of a wish...

Still thinking... well eventually I blew out the candles!
Thanks to everyone who made my 21st Birthday a good one!

Missionaries

A few days after putting up and decorating the missionaries' tree, they happened to stop by our house for lunch. My mom is such an amazing cook, they just can't resist her cooking! They were excited about their tree and loved it! WAHOO what a success! So here they are, the cute little stud missionaries, Elder Johnson (He is from Texas), me, and Elder Mooneyham (He is from North Carolina).

Missionary Christmas Tree

So one night, my family fed the missionaries in our area. They talked about how they wanted a Christmas tree and how they loved the smell of real ones. So out of surprise, my family got them a little real Christmas tree and we decorated it for them. This is how it turned out! Oh and it smells AMAZING! I love the smell of real Christmas trees! I hope they enjoy the surprise! :)

So Saturday night came along and Shayna, Saydee, and I went out for ice cream.
I asked where they wanted to go and they quickly yelled, "COLD STONE!!" Wahoo!
So I we were eating our ice creams, we could not stop laughing!! We laughed at people and we laughed at ourselves. Saydee and Shayna kept asking me questions and I could not hear them so I kept saying, "What?" Saydee laughed and said, "Shantel you are just like us... You need hearing aids!" We all just laughed so hard and had a fabulous time! I LOVE THESE GIRLS! They destress my life and they never fail to make me smile or laugh! They are my Best Friends! :)

Just because we can be cool!

Obviously they weren't ready for the picture! Lol Shayna and Saydee asked what I was going to be for Halloween and I said, "I have NO CLUE! Maybe I will be Ketchup and Kai will be Mustard since I hate mustard and Kai hates Ketchup." They both laughed and disagreed on that idea. Then I said, "Ok then I will be grass and Kai can be dirt." Shayna laughed and then looked at me and said, "Shantel.... People will think Kai is poop and people will think you are diarrhea!" That comment right there totally made my day! :)

We Love Ice Cream!
